How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen, typically ranging from 4 to 7 business days.
Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates. Occasionally, we may encounter delays due to high order volumes or postal service disruptions beyond our control.

Address Changes and Order Modifications
If you need to correct an address or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately.

Timeline:
- Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After this window, we may not be able to modify your order as it might have already been processed and shipped.

Shipping & Returns
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Please review our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards purchased.

Domestic Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We strive to meet these shipping estimates, but please note that we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times depend on the postal service.
What happens once my package is shipped?
As soon as your package is scanned by the post office, it is out of our control. We are not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries that may occur during transit.

Return Policy
Our Happy Customer Return Policy
We want you to love your candles from our company! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return the items for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at info@littleshellcandleco.com with your receipt and/or order number with proof of purchase, and we'll guide you through the process.
Please note that returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund promptly.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
Returns will need to be shipped to the following address: 833 SE Main Street, Suite 319, Portland, Oregon 97214.
IMPORTANT: For a seamless return process, kindly ensure that all items are returned with prior authorization. Regrettably, any returns received without prior request will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we strive to provide you with the best service possible.
Damages and Other Issues
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. Should you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please notify us promptly to allow us to assess the situation and address it accordingly. In the event of damage or defects, we request that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to facilitate a timely resolution.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. Approval is contingent upon the product meeting the stipulated criteria of being unused and in its original packaging.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require additional time.
