Opt for free local pickup at Little Shell Candle Co. Studio to bypass shipping fees. Upon completing your order and choosing the local pickup option during checkout, your order will be readied for collection within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. An email notification containing instructions and the pickup location details will be sent to you once your order is prepared.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are accountable for any applicable customs and import taxes. Little Shell Candle Co. does not bear responsibility for delays arising from customs procedures.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will be sent an email notification containing a tracking number for you to monitor its status. Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible.
