Understanding the challenges of selecting scents online, we have implemented a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. The most efficient way to return an item to us is by placing it back in its original box with the original shipping materials.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We urge you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was received, enabling us to address the matter promptly and appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the original item. Upon acceptance of the return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction. Regrettably, any returns received without prior request will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
